I created a template in SCAL to cut the windows out. I used acetate for the windows, and then I used foam tape to attach the inside piece.Because I used the foam tape so the inside piece would not touch the front of the card.
I just used a glittle glue, and free handed it. You can not really see in the pictures, but there are some pretty heavy handed spots...those were oppsies. Thanks for looking.
